2013 North American Championship
The races will be staged out of Beaux Arts beach on the Eastside of the lake north of the I-90 bridge. (see draft Notice of Race with a location chart).
The Beaux Arts fleet will conduct a qualifying race on Friday. For the championship regatta the Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle will be providing the race committee.
The course will be set up near Beaux Arts beach, or off the North end of Mercer Island, depending on race day conditions.
As outlined in the NOR we will start races at 10 am on Saturday, break for lunch, race in the afternoon to be off the water by 5pm. Sunday races from 10am to 1 pm.
We hope to get 5-7 races in Saturday and 2-3 races on Sunday.
The Beaux Arts fleet will handle all food, weighing of boats and other logistics. We will have a dinner on the beach following Saturday races
