NAC 2019 – Beaux Arts, WA

Mark your calendars for the new year.

From Thursday July 18th through Saturday July 20, The Beaux Arts Racing Fleet a.k.a. BARF will host the 2019 edition of the Syd Corp Series and the North American Championship.

Wednesday evening racing will be open for practice.

2018 NAC is only a month away

With only a month to spare before the NAC, make sure you register now to avoid a late fee after June 11. see link to updated NOR 2018-C15-NORs-V3

Action:

  • Send Registration form to Dave Rumbaugh with your NAC payment (in NOR)
  • Register for High Sierra weekend #2
  • Send in your C15 association membership
  • Check your trailer lights and bearings
  • Check your rig for old shrouds, halyards, worn pins, loose fasteners
  • Calendar: July 11,12,13,14,15
    Wednesday 11 p.m. Practice sail
    Thursday 12 Syd Corp Series
    Friday 13 - Sunday 15 NAC

Just a reminder that NAC 2018 is set for July 12-15 in Huntington Lake, CA

Hey, I wanted to get the link our to people so that they start registering for High Sierra regatta portion of our NACs as soon as possible.  They currently have us slated to start with the Thistle fleet, but said they would look into getting us our own start if we have the numbers to warrant that.
Registration for Thursday and Friday portion of the NAC is a separate entry as explained in this linked Notice of Race 2018 C15 NORs V2
We need to hear from everyone to get a sail count!

This event promises to be an epic event over 4 days, the last 2 coupled with the High Sierra Regatta. For any question, you should contact:

Note: While this is almost a year away, consider the limit on the maximum number of boats on the lake for that weekend and you do not wish to be the boat whose entry into the High Sierra is refused for going over the limit.
Since the lake was closed for a few years due to drought, it has been a sought after venue now that it is back to its legendary conditions.
From prior experience, it is a good idea to book a condo early.
